NEW CLIENTS: 

You must book a Euphoric Consultation with your service, it is the only way you will receive service. 

We service children age 14 and up.

 

PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENT:

Please come with hair properly detangled. We strive to preserve your strands during the shampoo process so it is imperative to start with a foundation free of tangles. We provide a gentle detangling before most services however, hair that requires excessive detangling will incur a $30 fee that will be added to the cost of service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you wish for your hair to be detangled, please select the add-on when booking.

 

FOR BRAIDS:

This is the only service provided that does not include a Shampoo & Condition. You will need to come with your hair clean and blowdried. For best results, please book the “shampoo + blow-dry” add-on which includes a Shampoo/Condition/Blow-dry. If your hair is not clean, the service will not be provided.

DRY SCALP: 

If you have an extremely dry/flaky scalp, please book a "Scalp Treatment" which includes a customized oil applied to your scalp before the shampoo and a special scalp conditioner applied for your conditioner.

 

DETOX TREATMENT:

If your hair has not been shampooed in 4 weeks or more, please book a "Detox Treatment".

COST OF SERVICE:

Please note that all prices are starting prices. Hair that is longer and/or has a higher density typically takes longer. Please be aware that this will require $10+ increase in cost.

We recommend that you select every service desired at the time of booking. You may not be able to make changes or add on a service at the time of your appointment if time does not permit.

LATE POLICY:

We strive to provide the best service in a timely manner. We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. A $15 late fee will be charged after 15 minutes. $30 will be charged after 30 minutes OR appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel/reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours before your appt. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appt., you will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged %100 of the service and you will not be allowed to book with Euphoric Essence Salon. No exceptions. If you cancel 3 consecutive appts, you will not able to book online.

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can find the option to do so within your confirmation email.
